Complimentary trial and satisfaction guarantee: every new student receives a free 30-minute trial lesson to demonstrate our teaching approach and confirm tutor fit. For most subjects we maintain multiple qualified tutors; if the initial tutor or trial does not meet expectations we will arrange an alternative tutor and provide one additional free trial lesson to secure your satisfaction.

Booking and payments: after your enquiry a coordinator will propose suitable tutors, confirm availability, and schedule the trial session. Parents may then select lesson packages and complete secure payment through online banking. We provide transparent pricing, clear invoicing, and a straightforward cancellation and refund policy communicated prior to payment.

Operational hours and response expectations: our support is monitored during business hours and typically responds within four business hours. If your matter is urgent, please mark the message “URGENT” so we can prioritize it during the next monitoring window.

Safeguarding and privacy: Sylbridge requires only necessary information to match students and tutors. We process personal data confidentially and apply stringent child-safeguarding procedures for both in-person and remote lessons. Tutors are vetted and references verified as part of our quality assurance.

Language support and accessibility: we provide tutoring in English and can accommodate other regional languages where possible.
