1. How do I pay for lessons?
All lessons are invoiced in local currencies (e.g., PKR for Pakistan residents and AED for UAE residents) based on the prevailing conversion rates against the USD hourly or package rates listed on our website. We accept payments via online bank transfers.

2. Do you offer discounts for siblings or bulk bookings?
Yes. Families booking lessons for multiple children, or committing to a package of 20+ hours, receive special discounted rates.

3. Are fees refundable?
If you cancel before your first scheduled session, fees are fully refundable. After lessons have begun, unused hours can be credited towards future classes.

4. Can I try a lesson before committing?
Absolutely. We offer a free trial lesson of 30 minutes so parents and students can experience our teaching approach.

5. Are fees the same for students in the UAE, Pakistan, and elsewhere?
Yes. To keep things simple, all payments can be made in your preferred currencies according to the latest currency exchange rates against the USD. The rates remain the same worldwide.

6. How are group lessons scheduled?
Group lessons are formed once a minimum of 3–5 students register for the same subject and level. We share schedules in advance so parents can choose the most convenient batch.

7. Are there hidden charges?
No. Our fees are transparent.
